Fox Valley Christian Church is an approximately 20,500 square foot masonry and steel framed building sitting on a beautifully landscaped twenty acre site just west of Batavia, Illinois. This church is host to a 5,300 square foot sanctuary/auditorium which includes a state-of-the-art dimming & theatrical lighting and sound system. FVCC has seven multi-use “themed” classrooms along with staff offices, warming kitchen, coffee shop, book store, library and fellowship gathering space. FBG Corporation conducted all general contracting responsibilities from ground up including all finishes.

 

St Francis Xavier Catholic Church – 2500 Arbeiter Road – Joliet, IL

St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church located just west of Joliet on fifteen acres is an 8000 square foot masonry brick, block and steel framed single story building with a full basement. The basement houses the church offices, meeting rooms and toilet rooms along with mechanical and storage areas. The first floor plan showcases the narthex and worship space which includes an extensive use of beautiful architectural wood paneled walls, doors and trims along with a dropped soffit ceiling and aluminum storefront system. St Francis is accented by a very modern interior décor design and furnishings. FBG Corporation conducted all general contracting services “turn-key”.

 

Armari & Locallo Office Development – 234 Lake Street – Bloomingdale, IL

Armari & Locallo office building is a collaborated designed build project between FBG Corporation, Lucchesse Associate Architects and our team our architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical subcontractors and engineers. The Armari & Locallo Office Building is a 12,000 square foot masonry brick & block and steel framed building with a full basement. First floor supported by steel and precast concrete slab with lightweight topping. This office building is subdivided into three tenant spaces each with basement access. FBG Corporation performed all general contracting responsibilities including all tenant improvement work for the Law Offices of Armari & Locallo LLC, and Midwest Bank & Trust.

 

Corbin Colonial Chapel – 1000 Madison Street – Maywood, IL

Corbin Colonial Chapel is a full service funeral home including a partial basement, embalming prep room, garage, flower shop, display room along with viewing rooms and large chapel area. Corbin Colonial Chapel is a 6,500 square foot structural steel framed building highlighted by a brick facade, EIFS cornice molding and Corinthian columns. Corbin Colonial Chapel is a design-build project in which FBG Corporation was hired as general contractor and incorporated a team of civil engineers, interior designer, mechanical and electrical contractors to work with M.T.H. Architects.

 

Woodbine Golf Course Clubhouse – 14240 West 151st Street – Homer Glen, IL

Woodbine Golf Course Clubhouse is an extensive addition and renovation of an existing golf course clubhouse. The Woodbine Golf Course Clubhouse Addition nearly tripled the size of the exiting Woodbine facility and included new underground golf cart storage, pro shop, banquet room, kitchen, bridal suite, warming kitchen, bar and toilet rooms. The remodeling portion included extensive demolition, new toilet rooms, kitchen & prep rooms, dining room and large bar. All new interior finishes were furnished and installed. The entire exterior façade was incorporated in the new design and a new roof, cedar siding, a brick veneer & wainscot along with cultured stone accents were used throughout.

 

Midwest Bank & Trust – 234 Lake Street - Bloomingdale IL

Midwest Bank & Trust is a branch bank located in the Armari & Locallo Office Development. This extensive 5000 square foot tenant improvement / build-out are highlighted by architectural details that include an elaborated radius and elliptical framing of walls, ceilings and soffits. FBG Corporation performed all general contracting responsibilities including coordinating the banking equipment installations and working with a professional interior designer for all interior finishes.

 

NAPA Auto Parts Store – 1040 West Lake Street – Roselle, IL
Architect; Arch Central, Inc. – Wisconsin Rapids, WI

NAPA Auto Parts Store is a 6,000 square foot slab on grade, masonry & pre-engineered steel building. This building was designed for clear span, exposed ceiling/roof deck and incorporates a structural steel platform for additional office/storage space. FBG Corporation worked with the site & building owner to construct the shell building and with NAPA Auto for all interior finishes.

 

Fairview Plaza Addition – 450-460 West 75th Street – Downers Grove, IL

Fairview Plaza Addition is a 5,800 square foot slab on grade, masonry and steel retail building addition housing five separate tenant spaces. FBG Corporation was hired by the owner/developer to construct the building shell and tenant demising walls. Each tenant space has its own storefront entrance, toilet room, roof top unit, electrical service and hollow metal exterior door. All house utilities connections and fire alarm & fire suppression system.

 

Maywood Retail Building – 601 West Roosevelt Road – Maywood, IL

Maywood Retail Building is a 9,300 square foot slab on grade, masonry and steel retail building housing nine separate tenant spaces. FBG Corporation was hired by the owner/developer to construct the building shell and tenant demising walls. Each tenant space has its own storefront entrance, toilet room, roof top units, electrical service and hollow metal exterior door. The shell building includes the fire alarm & fire suppression system along with all exterior site utility connections and parking lot construction.

 

Edward Hines Lumber Company – 9S086 Frontenac Road – Naperville, IL

Construction of a 7,560 square foot three-sided lumber storage shed. Lumber storage shed is a pre-engineered steel building with a masonry demising wall and concrete foundation and piers.

 

Half Price Books – Park Place Shopping Center – Palatine, IL
Architect; DZA Associates, Inc. – Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Half Price Books is a 11,600 square foot interior demolition and complete new tenant improvement finish out. Construction includes framing, drywall, plumbing HVAC, electrical, acoustic ceiling, flooring and all interior finishes. Coordinated tenant millwork & bookshelf installation.

 

Robeks Fruit Smoothies & Healthy Eats – Aspen Pointe – Vernon Hills, IL
Architect; Chipman Adams Ltd – Park Ridge, IL

Robeks Fruit Smoothies is a 1,400 square foot tenant improvement contract that includes framing, drywall, plumbing, heating, electrical and all interior finishes. Work included unloading, uncrating and installation of all tenant kitchen equipment and millwork.
