Fox Valley Christian Church - 40W150 Main Street, Batavia, IL

Fox Valley Christian Church is an approximately 20,500-square-foot masonry and steel-framed building sitting on a beautifully landscaped 20-acre acre site just west of Batavia, Illinois. This church is host to a 5,300-square-foot sanctuary/auditorium that includes state-of-the-art dimming and theatrical lighting and sound system. FVCC has seven multi-use themed classrooms along with staff offices, warming kitchen, coffee shop, book store, library, and fellowship gathering space. FBG Corporation conducted all general contracting responsibilities from the ground up, including all finishes.

St Francis Xavier Catholic Church - 2500 Arbeiter Road, Joliet, IL
Architect: William Murphy Architect, Ltd - Chicago, IL
St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church located just west of Joliet on 15 acres is an 8,000-square-foot masonry brick, block, and steel-framed single-story building with full basement. The basement houses the church offices, meeting rooms, and restrooms, along with mechanical and storage areas. The first floor plan showcases the narthex and worship space, which includes an extensive use of beautiful architectural wood-paneled walls, doors, and trim, dropped soffit ceiling, and aluminum storefront system. St Francis is accented by a very modern interior decor design and furnishings. FBG Corporation conducted all general contracting turnkey services.

Armari & Locallo Office Development - 234 Lake Street, Bloomingdale, IL
Architect: Lucchese Associate Architects - Elmhurst, IL
Armari & Locallo is a collaborated design-build project between FBG Corporation, Lucchesse Associate Architects, and our team of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical subcontractors and engineers. This office is a 12,000-square-foot masonry brick, block, and steel-framed building with full basement. First floor is supported by steel and precast concrete slab with lightweight topping. The building is subdivided into three tenant spaces each with basement access. FBG Corporation performed all general contracting responsibilities, including all tenant improvement work for the Law Offices of Armari & Locallo LLC and Midwest Bank & Trust.

Woodbine Golf Course Clubhouse - 14240 W 151st Street, Homer Glen, IL

Woodbine Golf Course Clubhouse was an extensive addition and renovation of an existing golf course clubhouse. It nearly tripled the size of the existing facility and included new underground golf cart storage, pro shop, banquet room, kitchen, bridal suite, warming kitchen, bar, and restrooms. The remodeling portion included extensive demolition, new bathrooms, kitchen, prep rooms, dining room, and large bar. All new interior finishes were furnished and installed. The entire exterior facade was incorporated in the new design and new roof, cedar siding, brick veneer, and wainscot, along with cultured stone accents used throughout.

NAPA™ Auto Parts Store - 1040 W Lake Street, Roselle, IL
Architect: Arch Central, Inc. - Wisconsin Rapids, WI
NAPA Auto Parts Store is a 6,000-square-foot slab-on-grade, masonry, and pre-engineered steel building designed for clear span, exposed ceiling/roof deck, and incorporates a structural steel platform for additional office/storage space. FBG Corporation worked with the site and building owner to construct the shell building and with NAPA for all interior finishes.

Fairview Plaza Addition - 450-460 W 75th Street, Downers Grove, IL
Architect: Architectural Environments - Elk Grove Village, IL
Fairview Plaza Addition is a 5,800-square-foot slab-on-grade, masonry, and steel retail building addition housing five separate tenant spaces. FBG Corporation was hired by the owner/developer to construct the building shell and tenant demising walls. Each tenant space has its own storefront entrance, bathroom, rooftop unit, electrical service, and hollow metal exterior door. All house utilities connections and fire alarm and fire suppression system.

Maywood Retail Building - 601 W Roosevelt Road, Maywood, IL

Maywood Retail Building is a 9,300-square-foot slab-on-grade, masonry, and steel retail building housing nine separate tenant spaces. FBG Corporation was hired by the owner/developer to construct the building shell and tenant demising walls. Each tenant space has its own storefront entrance, bathroom, rooftop unit, electrical service, and hollow metal exterior door. The shell building includes fire alarm and fire suppression system with all exterior site utility connections and parking lot construction.
